Creative Pulse was brought on to provide full-day event coverage for a powerful gathering hosted by MIT Press and the Aspen Institute. The event brought together global thought leaders to explore how we can rebuild public trust in science through meaningful dialogue and collaboration.

Our team led the video production efforts for the event, capturing the day with our own multi-camera setup to ensure high-quality coverage of each panel. We collaborated with the on-site live-stream team, who provided clean audio feeds that supported a seamless post-production workflow. The final deliverables included a cinematic event recap and fully edited multi-cam panel videos

Created as a highlight reel of the day, the overview video captures the energy, purpose, and key moments from the event. Blending cinematic visuals with select soundbites and B-roll, it offers a compelling snapshot for attendees, stakeholders, and wider audiences alike.

Panel Video Archive

To ensure the discussions had lasting impact, each panel was edited into its own polished video, complete with branded intros, title cards, and speaker lower thirds. Every video was also transcribed and delivered with accurate SRT caption files, ready for upload to platforms like YouTube and Vimeo. The result is a clear, accessible archive of the entire event—designed to extend its reach and influence well beyond the day it happened.
